Terms & Conditions

 

The total purchase price to be paid by Buyer to Seller for the vehicle listed is inclusive of all down payments made by Buyer. Total purchase price is broken down as follows:

  1. Online Down-payment: $[500.00] (Due to Seller on or before execution of this agreement.)
  2. Payment Due at Delivery of Vehicle to Buyer: $[Remaining Balance Amount]
  3. Down payment can be made via the TM Auto Paypal link once these terms and conditions have been accepted.

 

Reserve Time / Deposit

 

Your Online Down-payment of $500.00 will Reserve the Vehicle Stock # VIN: for up to 48 hours. You will be contacted by Mike Love (Owner/Operator) of TM Auto Wholesalers within 8 hours of your Online Transaction’s Completion/Confirmation. An Appointment Time will be set and agreed upon by you and Mike Love to see the Vehicle at the TM Auto Dealership in Chesapeake Virginia.

 

Delivery of Acquired Vehicle / Conveyance of Title / Deposit Return

 

It is Buyer’s duty, either in person or through a third party to appear at Seller’s premises during standard business hours on or before the Delivery Date (“Up to 48 hours from time of deposit confirmation by TM Auto Wholesalers”) to Pay Balance Due or Arrange Financing on Vehicle and Accept Possession and Remove the Acquired Vehicle from Seller’s premises. If for some reason the Vehicle is not acceptable to Buyer upon Buyer’s inspection, TM Auto will Refund the full deposit to Buyer (via paypal to buyer’s account – no cash returns). If the Vehicle has been sold or reserved prior to your deposit but is still showing on the www.tmautova.com inventory, TM Auto will Refund the full deposit to Buyer (via paypal to buyer’s account – no cash returns). However, if Buyer fails to appear at Seller’s premises on or before the Delivery Date to Pay Balance Due or Arrange Financing and Accept Possession of the Acquired Vehicle, then risk of loss (deposit) passes to the Buyer on the Delivery Date (“Up to 48 hours from time of deposit confirmation”).
